Please refer to End User License Agreement included with your purchase for instructions on how to label and package the product for return, or give us a call for details. We will assign a Return Goods Authorization Number for your mailing label. Any comments from you are strongly encouraged so that we may better serve our future customers.

If satisfied with the product, please register as soon as possible to start receiving customer support services!

Note: Days 1 - 31 constitute the Warranty Period. Day one of the Warranty Period commences on the date of delivery of the product to your location.

*Refund is subject to the terms and conditions described in the End User License Agreement.

If you are not satisfied with the written planner and worksheets, please return the product in "like new" condition within 30 days of receipt. Contact our Support Desk to receive a Return Goods Authorization number and packaging instructions.
